These Terms of Service govern use of the GTA 6 Beacon website and any associated authorized publishing integrations.

1. About GTA 6 Beacon

GTA 6 Beacon is an independent fan media project focused on Grand Theft Auto VI news, details and confirmed updates. GTA 6 Beacon is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or operated by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, TikTok, Meta, YouTube, or their affiliates.

2. Informational purpose

Content is provided for news, commentary and informational purposes. We aim to distinguish confirmed information from interpretation or unverified reports, but we do not guarantee that every item will remain complete, current or error-free.

3. Intellectual property

GTA, Grand Theft Auto, Rockstar Games and related names, logos, game footage and assets belong to their respective owners. Third-party material remains the property of its respective rights holder. GTA 6 Beacon's own branding, original text, layouts and original media are protected to the extent provided by applicable law.

4. Social-platform integrations

Publishing integrations may be used to connect an authorized social account and perform actions that the account holder explicitly permits, such as identifying the account, uploading media, publishing approved content, checking publishing status or reading permitted statistics.

You must not connect an account that you do not own or have authority to manage. Use of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms is also governed by those platforms' own terms and policies.

5. Automated tools and human approval

GTA 6 Beacon may use software automation or AI-assisted tools for research support, drafting, media preparation and publishing operations. The intended editorial workflow includes human review before publication.

6. Prohibited use

You may not misuse this site or any integration to gain unauthorized access, interfere with systems, distribute malware, impersonate others, violate platform rules, infringe rights, or publish unlawful content.

7. Availability

The website and integrations may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Third-party APIs can change availability, permissions, limits or behavior without notice from GTA 6 Beacon.

8. Disclaimer

The site and related services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee about Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, GTA VI release plans, platform availability or future product features.

9. Limitation of liability
